Work Contents
- On-site management and supervision for ongoing projects.
- Construction management of various construction works in the US military base in Okinawa Prefecture.
- Specifically, you will be in charge of construction management, cost management, quality control, safety and health, etc., construction management, and site supervision.
- Process Control: Process adjustment, creating process chart.
- Cost management: Working budget creation, material pick-up, estimation.
- Health and safety: Management as a person in charge of safety.
- Materials management: Ordering, management, and list creation of materials including materials for overseas products.
- Quality control: On-site personnel, working drawings, approval drawings, materials, subcontractors, production drawing arrangements.
- Any other works designated by the company.

Salary
220,000-385,000 JPY per month
※Salary is determined by skills and experience.
Qualification Allowance
5,000-50,000 JPY (Depends on the type of license/qualification)
TOEIC scored over 900: 10,000 yen (Note: Candidates from countries where English is an official language are excluded.)
*If you have valid Japanese government issued licenses, such as Denki Kojishi (Electrician) and Haikan Gijyutsusya (Plumbing Engineer) etc., qualified for the allowance.
Commuting Allowance
Applicable when one-way distance is over 2 km (up to 30,000 JPY per month)
** Free parking lot is available.
Working Hours
8:00 – 17:00 (1 hour lunch break)
** There might be some overtime work.
Holidays
Saturdays, Sundays, other days as specified by the company (124 non-working days per year)
** 10 days of annual leave will be provided when 6 months of service is completed.
Bonus
Twice a year (July and December)
Base salary x 2.0 total (results from previous year is 3.0)

Applicable to join the system when an employee reaches 1 year of service.

Requirements
Required Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of experience managing construction sites.
- US Military construction experience is a plus.
Required License
- A person who has qualifications in either Mechanical, Architectural, or Electrical work execution.
- Valid International or Japanese Driver's License.
- Business-level English or Japanese skills required for conversation, reading and writing (TOEIC 750 or higher / JLPT N3 and higher).
- Legal resident of Japan (Resident / Work visa). Company may sponsor.
- Japanese Driver's License.
- Business level Japanese (conversation, reading and writing).
- Business level English (conversation, reading and writing).
- Legal resident of Japan (Resident / Work visa).
