Work Contents
As a project manager in the maintenance department, responsibilities include:
- Daily site management and quality control of field technicians.
- Coordinating and supervising minor construction projects.
- Obtaining cost estimates from vendors and calculating costs for repairs and projects.
- Scheduling and attending meetings with US government, in-house personnel, and subcontractors.
- Reviewing reports.
- Conducting other work associated thereto.
- Any other works designated by the company.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
- Japanese driver's license.
- Business-level English and Japanese skills required for conversation, reading, and writing (Indication of skill level: TOEIC 750 or higher/JLPT N2 and higher).
- Legal resident of Japan (Resident / Work visa).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as a project manager is a plus.

*Work location may change due to personnel changes such as reassignment, transfer, and secondment.
Salary and Compensation
Base Salary: 200,000-275,000 JPY per month (Salary is determined by skills and experience).
Qualification Allowance: 5,000-50,000 JPY (Depends on the type of license/qualification).
TOEIC Bonus: 10,000 yen (Non-native English speaker only, if TOEIC scored over 900).
Commuting Allowance: Applicable when one-way distance is over 2km (Up to 30,000 JPY per month).
Working Hours and Schedule
Hours: 8:00–17:00 (1-hour lunch break).
Overtime: There might be some overtime work.
Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, and other days as specified by the company (124 non-working days per year).
Annual Leave: 10 days of annual leave will be provided when 6 months of service is completed.
Bonuses and Raises
Bonus: Twice a year (July and December) (Base salary x 2.0 total).
Pay Raise: Once a year (Spring).
Retirement Bonus: Applicable to join the system when an employee reaches 1 year of service.
