Requirements
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in program management, KM, and process improvement
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role within the DoD or large-scale organization
- Experience with strategic planning and data governance
- Experience with process analysis and re-engineering methodologies
- Experience with executive-level communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management
- Ability to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects and teams
- Top Secret clearance
- Master's degree in Information Systems or Strategic Management
- Scrum Master, Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), or Microsoft Certified Power Platform Solutions Architect Certification
Preferred Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in the Marine Corps or PACOM Area of Responsibility
- 5+ years of experience with operational planning at the Marine Corps-level staff or higher
- Experience with Communities of Practice (CoPs) and promoting a culture of information sharing and collaboration
- Experience facilitating knowledge transfer and supporting developer teams during solution design and implementation
- Knowledge of MCEN tools and systems, including Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, Azure ML, and custom scripting frameworks
- Ability to develop and execute training programs for KM principles, tools, and processes
- TS/SCI clearance
- BPMN or KM Certification
- Graduate of the United States Marine Corps Command and Staff College or equivalent
