As the TAK Coordination Analyst, you will lead efforts to develop and maintain the Common Tactical Picture (CTP) across Marine Corps Installations, facilitating TAK integration into critical mission functions.
As the Tactical Assault and Awareness Kit (TAK) Coordination Analyst, you will lead efforts to develop and maintain the Common Tactical Picture (CTP) across Marine Corps Installations and the Regional Command.
In this dynamic role, you will act as the key facilitator for integrating TAK into critical mission functions, such as Fire and Emergency Services. You will be responsible for managing TAK network accounts and servers, as well as operationally optimizing the usage of TAK devices, software plug-ins, networks, and components. Your expertise will directly support multi-agency collaboration with police, fire services, first responders, and civilian agencies to ensure TAK solutions meet mission needs and adhere to tactical operations standards.

Requirements
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience leveraging Tactical Assault and Awareness Kit (TAK) technology in operational or tactical environments
- Experience in mission planning and execution using TAK platforms, devices, and plug-ins
- Experience in rapid problem-solving and situational adaptability in fast-paced, operational environments
- Experience in developing operational solutions that meet mission objectives across multi-agency platforms
- Knowledge of tactical network management, including MCHMR, USMC, or DoW C2 Systems
- Ability to manage TAK networks, accounts, servers, and infrastructure
- HS diploma or GED
- Secret clearance
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience integrating TAK systems with first responders, law enforcement, fire services, or civilian agencies
- Experience troubleshooting TAK device configurations and implementing advanced configurations
- Experience with GIS systems and geospatial data integrations for TAK platforms
- Experience in advanced tactical systems, including microservices, REST APIs, and containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with training development and mentoring for team members
- Knowledge of Zero Trust architecture, service mesh technologies, and multi-tenant systems
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems
- AWS Solutions Architect or CompTIA Security+ Certification
- TS/SCI clearance

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary Range: $61,900 to $141,000 (annualized USD)
- Benefits: Health, life, disability, financial, and retirement benefits, plus paid leave and professional development.
