Minimum education requirement:
Officer - Air Force JROTC Officer Instructors must possess a bachelor's degree. Instructors must hold an Advanced AFJROTC Instructor Certification to teach JROTC from United States Air Force (USAF) headquarters services department.
Specialized experience:

Provide instruction on MC-130J combat systems to meet USAF proficiency and qualification standards at Kadena Air Base.
Instructs aircrew in E-3 AWACS simulator training, develops scenarios, and manages mission training events at Kadena AB, Okinawa.
Provide instruction and flight evaluations for MC-130J aircrew training at Kadena AB, Japan.
Operates JTAC simulators and provides training to Air Force and joint personnel in support of mission readiness at Kadena AB.
