清掃サービスマネージャー (Cleaning Service Manager)
Manages cleaning services, supervising over 25 staff, handling scheduling, payroll, and performing quality control inspections at Kadena Air Base.
Role Overview
Need to have customer service experience and need to respond quickly to issues. Customer service, scheduling, and accounting skills are required. You will be required to fix issues quickly sometimes yourself, and spot cleaning and teaming with staff to get the job done. You will have over 25 staff to supervise, schedule, payroll, and other responsibilities as determined.
Monday – Sat - Need to speak Japanese and English.
Quality Control Inspector Responsibilities
- Perform building inspections to ensure the quality of work, cleanliness of buildings, and to certify that safety procedures are followed.
- Document inspection results by completing detailed reports on your mobile device in a timely manner.
- Act as a liaison between custodial staff and site-based administrators.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following procedures and complying with legal regulations.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Customer service experience.
- Ability to respond quickly to issues.
- Proficiency in customer service, scheduling, and accounting skills.
- Ability to supervise over 25 staff members.
- Fluency in both Japanese and English.
