We are seeking a motivated, bilingual Office Coordinator to join our team and contribute to the smooth operation of the office.

Responsibilities

  1. Answering Phones: Professionally manage incoming calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate department, and ensuring a positive caller experience.
  2. Recruiting Staff: Collaborate with HR to identify staffing needs, participate in the recruitment process, and assist in onboarding new hires.
  3. Managing Staff: Foster a positive office culture by addressing employee concerns, organizing team-building activities, and promoting a collaborative work environment.
  4. Scheduling: Create and maintain employee schedules, ensuring optimal coverage and efficiency.
  5. Base Passes: Facilitate the creation and distribution of base passes, maintaining accurate records and compliance with security protocols.
  6. Payroll: Calculate and process payroll accurately and on time, working closely with the finance department to ensure payroll-related tasks are completed efficiently.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven experience in office coordination or a similar role.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 0800 to 1700
