As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers throughout their shopping experience, ensuring a positive and memorable visit. You will provide excellent customer service, maintain store cleanliness and organization, and contribute to achieving store targets.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist them in finding products.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products and services.
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including shelves and displays.
- Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is properly displayed and tagged.
- Assist in receiving and verifying incoming merchandise.
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and targets.
- Uphold store security and report any incidents or suspicious activities.
- Continuously improve knowledge of products and services to better assist customers.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude.
- Willingness to perform tasks related to stocking, cleaning, and inventory management.
- Basic proficiency in operating cash registers and handling transactions.
- Ability to follow company policies regarding sales, returns, and exchanges.
