This position is for a service staff member at a hotel restaurant located in Onna Village.
Responsibilities
- Serving meals to guests.
- Clearing tables (bussing).
- Providing customer service to guests.
Requirements
Qualifications
Applicants must meet one of the following criteria:
- Have prior experience in hotel services.
- Have completed hotel training provided by Plenty.
Training Details
- Training Location: Plenty Co., Ltd. Urasoe Headquarters.
- Duration: Approximately 1 hour.
- Content: Training covers proper tray handling and etiquette for using serving spoons and forks.
- Note: Training requires reservation and staff name tags will be provided.
Benefits
Compensation and Benefits
- General Hourly Wage: ¥1400
- High School Student Wage: ¥1200
- Transportation Allowance: Provided separately based on residence (¥500 for Onna Village; ¥750 for Uruma, Yomitan, Kadena, Okinawa, Kinmu, Ginaza; ¥1000 for other areas).
- Payment Schedule: Paid monthly, closing at the end of the month and transferred on the 15th of the following month (no advance payments).
