Data Scientist, Lead
Design and build analytics, optimization models, and data pipelines to support decision-making across planning and operational workflows.
We are seeking a Data Scientist to support the development and evolution of analytics and optimization capabilities within a complex data platform that enables decision-making across planning, resource allocation, and operational workflows.
This role will primarily focus on building and scaling analytics, optimization models, and data-driven solutions using structured and unstructured data. The role will also contribute to the development and maintenance of a robust data layer, including data pipelines, governance standards, and curated datasets that support enterprise use cases. As a secondary focus, this role will support the development of AI or LLM-enabled capabilities, including retrieval augmented generation (RAG) workflows, hybrid search, and metadata-driven data access patterns.
The ideal candidate is a strong data scientist with experience in analytics, optimization, and data engineering fundamentals, capable of working across the full data lifecycle from ingestion and transformation to modeling and visualization.

- Design, develop, and maintain analytics and optimization solutions to support operational decision-making.
- Build and manage data pipelines and transformation workflows using SQL and Python.
- Develop dashboards and reporting solutions using tools such as Tableau, to communicate insights.
- Apply statistical analysis, machine learning, and optimization techniques to solve real-world problems.
- Design and maintain relational data models such as PostgreSQL, to support analytics and application needs.
- Implement scalable data processing workflows leveraging cloud services such as AWS.
- Establish and maintain data governance, data quality, and data curation standards across the data layer.
- Collaborate with engineering, products, and stakeholders to translate requirements into analytical solutions.
- Integrate multiple data sources into a unified and reliable data platform.
