Electronic Technician II
Imagine One Technology & Management Ltd seeks an Electronics Technician II with a Secret clearance for roles supporting BFT efforts in Okinawa, Japan. Candidates need 4+ years of electronics repair/maintenance experience and must be able to travel.
Imagine One Technology & Management, Ltd. is seeking several personnel to serve in the role of Electronics Technician II. The Electronics Technician IIs support Blue Force Tracker (BFT) efforts. These positions are contingent upon award of the associated work and will be performed in Okinawa, Japan.
Travel will be required for these roles.
Requirements
Experience Requirements
- Four (4) years of practical experience, to include: electronics repair, maintenance and checkout.
- One (1) year of practical experience in electronics installation.
- Ideally, experience is gained through support of the USN or other DoD programs, but civilian industry experience is acceptable.
- BFT experience is considered a plus.
Educational Requirements
- High School diploma or GED.
- Formal electronics training from one (1) of the following:
- Technical School, or
- Class A or B military school in electronics or communications, or
- Four (4) year electronics apprentice program.
- Formal electronics training should include: Installation Tasks, Soldering, Cable Dressing, Cable Tray, Conduit, and Making/Repairing Connectors.
Security Requirements
- Active U.S. DoD Secret clearance
