Construction Surveillance Technician - CST
This role involves performing construction site security functions, conducting daily surveillance, and ensuring site activities adhere to ICD 705 standards.

We are looking to hire a Construction Surveillance Technician (CST) to join our team in Okinawa, Japan. This position reports to the PGI Program Manager.
Responsibilities
- Perform construction site security functions, assist with access control at personnel entry/exit doors, and ensure site activities adhere to ICD 705 construction standards.
- Conduct daily surveillance, observation, and reporting of construction activities.
- Ensure security monitoring of personnel over all non-U.S. construction personnel, non-cleared U.S. construction personnel, and U.S. construction personnel that do not hold a security clearance.
- Monitor all personnel entering and leaving the construction site enclave.
- Escort and monitor all construction contractor and subcontractor personnel at all areas of the construction site except for those spaces that have already been completely prepared for work processes associated with SCIF accreditation.
- Conduct random inspections of site areas and deny the introduction of prohibited materials as outlined in the CSP. All suspicious materials or incidents shall be brought to the attention of the SSM or CST.
- Generate daily logs and incident reports for government clients using construction security expertise in conjunction with CST Notes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Capable of reading, speaking, and writing legible, concise reports in English.
- 5+ years of security guard, access control, construction surveillance experience.
- Must have attended Construction Surveillance Technician training and possess CST Certificate.
Security Clearance
- Active Top Secret.

Physical Requirements
- This position may require lifting (up to 20 lbs.), standing, walking, sitting, and bending throughout the workday. Must have the physical ability to perform a variety of training functions.
- Ability to walk across uneven surfaces of a construction site, frequently go up and down stairs, walk long distances, and operate equipment.
- Must be able to perform all job-related tasks in adverse weather conditions.
