Note: Training is available at Plenty's Urasoe headquarters (approx. 1 hour) and covers topics like tray handling and proper use of serving utensils.
Benefits
Compensation & Logistics
- Hourly Pay: General staff receive 1400 JPY/hr; high school students receive 1200 JPY/hr.
- Transportation Allowance: Provided separately, varying by residence area (e.g., 500 JPY for Onna Village).
- Pay Schedule: Paid on the 15th of the following month for work completed at the end of the current month.
