Operations Domain Systems Engineer Senior
This role involves proactively training and educating government personnel on USSOCOM and Joint Staff Programs of Record, utilizing Palantir Foundry and AI tools.
Position Overview
The primary mission of Operations Domain GSSE personnel is to proactively train and educate government personnel. Operations Domain GSSEs must possess exceptional instructional capabilities, interpersonal and effective communication skills, actively seek out training opportunities within their supported units, and deliver high-quality instruction to ensure end-user proficiency. Personnel must know, support, and masterfully teach all USSOCOM and Joint Staff Programs of Record.
Position Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one desk-side training to analysts or operators
- Conduct classroom training sessions for analysts and operators
- Support the Help Desk by addressing user inquiries and conducting initial troubleshoot
- Provide the engineering team with user feedback to enhance the product
- Build templates and demos to showcase Palantir Foundry capability
- Consult with senior leaders how to best integrate Palantir AI into daily workflows
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- 8 years of experience working with JTF, SOTF, SOJTF, or JSOTF command echelons
- Prior experience with Palantir Foundry required, you should be able to build end-to-end user workflows or dashboards in Palantir Foundry
- Strong communication skills with the ability to break down, explain, and demonstrate complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally 25% of the time
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong knowledge of Excel
