Club Operations Assistant
Monitors operations of a club or assigned area, normally during absence of the manager and assistant manager, and normally at night or on weekends.
Responsibilities
- Monitors operations of a club or assigned area, normally during absence of the manager and assistant manager, and normally at night or on weekends.
- Reviews the schedule of functions that are to take place during the assigned shift and ensures they are carried out as planned by management.
- Provides instruction and guidance to all club staff members on functions taking place during the shift.
- Ensures that only authorized personnel use the facility and that club rules, regulations, and established procedures are followed.
- Maintains order in the facility.
- Assures patron satisfaction by resolving complaints and other customer problems.
- Responds to emergencies.
- Ensures adherence with Dram Shop, security, safety, sanitation, cash handling, and property control procedures.
- Inspects and secures facility at the end of the shift.
- Prepares a report of all significant occurrences during the shift.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Position is a position of trust and is subject to uncommon tour of duty.

Mandatory Qualifications
- Must have experience or training which demonstrates ability to take responsibility for club operations in the absence of managerial staff.
- Experience must include duties such as providing work direction to employees, providing quality customer service, interpreting, applying, and enforcing rules, policies, and procedures.
- Must also have experience or training which reflects evidence of trustworthiness, ability to make sound decisions, ability to confront others in a professional manner, and good oral and written communication skills.
- Must be able to obtain a food handler's Certificate and/or complete food handler's training.
- Must be able to satisfactorily complete a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) as a condition of employment.

Compensation and Employment Details
- Pay Rate: $16.55 to $18 per hour.
- Employment Type: Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) position carrying out Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) activities for the Air Force and Space Force.
- Location: Kadena Air Base.
