Monitors operations of a club or assigned area, normally during absence of the manager and assistant manager, and normally at night or on weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Monitors operations of a club or assigned area, normally during absence of the manager and assistant manager, and normally at night or on weekends.
  • Reviews the schedule of functions that are to take place during the assigned shift and ensures they are carried out as planned by management.
  • Provides instruction and guidance to all club staff members on functions taking place during the shift.
  • Ensures that only authorized personnel use the facility and that club rules, regulations, and established procedures are followed.
  • Maintains order in the facility.
  • Assures patron satisfaction by resolving complaints and other customer problems.
  • Responds to emergencies.
  • Ensures adherence with Dram Shop, security, safety, sanitation, cash handling, and property control procedures.
  • Inspects and secures facility at the end of the shift.
  • Prepares a report of all significant occurrences during the shift.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Position is a position of trust and is subject to uncommon tour of duty.

Mandatory Qualifications

  • Must have experience or training which demonstrates ability to take responsibility for club operations in the absence of managerial staff.
  • Experience must include duties such as providing work direction to employees, providing quality customer service, interpreting, applying, and enforcing rules, policies, and procedures.
  • Must also have experience or training which reflects evidence of trustworthiness, ability to make sound decisions, ability to confront others in a professional manner, and good oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to obtain a food handler's Certificate and/or complete food handler's training.
  • Must be able to satisfactorily complete a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) as a condition of employment.

  • Pay Rate: $16.55 to $18 per hour.
